My dad ran into something similar but with a large whitetail deer he called it in to the game wardens and they were so weird about it they acted like he somehow caused it and were being aggressive towards him when he was literally just out looking for shedded antlers. KY game wardens truly are a weird breed. Also part of the deer was already gone a animal tried eating the back half I guess the wardens thought my dad was part werewolf too I guess.
